Our Return Policy: We will accept any returns within 30 days of purchase, provided it hasn't been used. i.e.: fire pits, heaters and gas logs if they have not been burnt. Fireplace glass doors are non returnable measure carefully! All returned goods must be in new re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for returning the item in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims can not be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Inspect goods for damages and report any damages within 72 hours by phone or email from date of receiving your item. Defective items the manufacturers warranty applies. Any “Free Freight” item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return. Please call or E-mail us for R.G.A. number. Please DO NOT ship anything back without this number clearly marked on the box. Upon receipt of the merchandise we will issue credit for the merchandise only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the merchandise is damaged upon receipt contact us immediately. Any products refused at time of delivery if box is not damaged will be responsible for all freight charges. Any products returned without an RGA # will incur a 20% re-stock fee. Please call or email for RGA#.
Shipping is Free on all orders. If an item is returned the actual cost of shipping is not refundable.
Some manufacturers charge a restock fee for returned items.
